Days of Our Lives Full Episode Recap - Tuesday, Feb 25, 2025

The Arnold Bombshell Leaves Jada Shook

Just when you thought Salem couldn’t get messier, Days of Our Lives proves otherwise. Stephanie connects the dots on a jaw-dropping theory, Jada realizes she might not be a single woman after all, and Gabi is one frying pan swing away from setting “Rafe” straight. Meanwhile, Chad and Cat are playing nice—for now. Let’s break it all down in this DOOL full episode recap.

Jada & Stephanie | Peacock

Chad and Cat Play Nice—For Now

The episode kicks off with Chad and Cat being thrown together (again) to save Salem’s beloved hospital. Cat is still nursing a bruised ego after confessing her feelings for Chad, but he’s keeping things professional. The two hatch a plan to make their fundraiser actually fun (shocking, right?). They’re talking dunk tanks, street fairs, and—wait for it—a bachelor auction.

Of course, because this is Days, things get weird fast. Chad suggests dunking Marlena in a devil costume for kicks, because, you know, she was literally possessed (more than once). Cat gives him a hard no, reminding him that not everyone is a desensitized DiMera. They settle on an auction instead, which sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

Rafe (Or Should We Say Arnold?) Shows His True Colors

Over at the Hernandez house, “Rafe” is proving that something is seriously off. Gabi, always one to call out nonsense, is horrified when he calls her out of her name. She briefly considers knocking him upside the head with a frying pan (which, honestly, would have been deserved). Instead, she tries to reason with him, assuming the coma messed with his brain.

Gabi tries reasoning with 'Rafe'

Before she can drag him to the hospital for a brain scan, Savannah waltzes in like she owns the place. Gabi is disgusted, and things only get grosser from there. After she storms off, “Rafe” drops a bombshell on Savannah—he’s not actually Gabi’s brother. Instead of telling her the actual truth, he spins a lie about being adopted. Savannah, clearly unbothered by morality, shrugs it off and heads straight to the bedroom with him.

If only Gabi knew how right she was to be suspicious.

Jada Moves On—A Little Too Fast

Meanwhile, Jada and Shawn are wasting no time getting cozy. Fresh off her heartbreak, Jada throws herself into Shawn’s arms, and before you can say “bad decision,” they’re tearing each other’s clothes off. Post-hookup, she admits that things feel weird, considering she thought she’d be with Rafe forever.

Shawn, ever the good rebound, reassures her that she did nothing wrong. They agree that they like spending time together (because nothing bonds people like mutual heartbreak), and Jada heads off to shower.

Stephanie Drops a DOOL-Worthy Bombshell

At the pub, Stephanie is busy connecting the dots with Alex. She lays out the history of faux Rafe, explaining how EJ and Stefano cooked up this mess years ago. And surprise, surprise—Stephanie isn’t convinced Arnold is actually dead.

“Stefano and EJ don’t kill people; they just fake their deaths,” she says, pointing out that of course Arnold could still be out there. Alex is on board, and they realize they need to warn Jada ASAP.

Cue Gabi arriving in full meltdown mode, venting about her bizarre run-in with “Rafe.” Alex and Stephanie exchange a look because, well, things are clicking. Alex drops the theory on Gabi, and while she’s skeptical at first, even she can’t deny that something is majorly off.

Jada’s Reality Check Hits Hard

Back at Stephanie’s place, Jada gets out of the shower to find a voicemail from Stephanie saying it’s urgent. But before Stephanie can get a word in, Jada goes off about “Rafe” and his new fling.

Then Stephanie drops the bomb: “That’s not Rafe.”

Jada is initially skeptical, but then Stephanie asks about Savannah. The second she hears that name, she’s convinced. And just like that, Jada realizes something absolutely horrifying:

If “Rafe” is actually Arnold… then the real Rafe never betrayed her.

Which means she just might have cheated on her real fiancé with Shawn.

Cue Shawn walking out of the bathroom at the worst possible moment. Talk about timing.

Gabi Connects the Dots—And She’s Ready for War

Gabi, who has heard all about Arnold but never met him, starts to put the pieces together at the pub. As much as she wants to deny it, she has to admit: it would explain everything. The sudden personality shift, the aggression, the way “Rafe” has been acting like a total creep?

She’s starting to believe it. And when Gabi Hernandez starts believing something, you know she’s about to take action.

Meanwhile, Elsewhere in Salem…

Kayla and Marlena have a brief chat about hospital business, while Marlena sings Cat’s praises (because apparently someone has to). Kayla is skeptical about Cat’s redemption arc, but if Chad is willing to work with her, she’ll roll with it.

Back at Arnold’s lair (a.k.a. Rafe’s house), Savannah heads off, leaving Arnold to get ready for work. Meanwhile, Brady is gearing up to corner Kristen because, well, someone has to keep the chaos alive.
