Chelsea has been holding onto a secret bigger than Dani’s designer handbag collection, and Wednesday, she finally let it slip: she’s done with modeling. Of course, Dani is stunned. The woman has built an empire on looking flawless in front of cameras, and now her own daughter wants out? The betrayal! But Chelsea isn’t backing down. She confesses that she’s been keeping this from her mother because she feared Dani would crumble under the weight of yet another life change.

Chelsea informs Dani of her decision | BTG, CBS |
Dani, ever the dramatic icon, sheds a few tears, but instead of throwing a fit, she does the unthinkable—she rips Chelsea’s modeling contract in half. Yes, you read that right. She channels her inner supportive mother and tells Chelsea to chase her dream of being a designer. “I would be the world’s biggest hypocrite if I tried to stop you from chasing a dream that’s calling your name,” she declares. Growth, Dani. We love to see it.
Naomi vs. Bill: The War Has Just Begun
Meanwhile, over at Orphey Gene’s, Hayley is in a mood. Since the country club apparently decided she’s persona non grata, she grabs a meal and runs into Jacob. And because Hayley never met a problem she didn’t want to fix, she dives straight into the Naomi vs. Bill disaster. “How do we get them talking again?” she asks Jacob, as if this is some petty lovers’ spat.
Spoiler: Naomi and Bill are talking. But it’s not exactly friendly. In Bill’s office, Naomi makes it very clear she’s suing his firm for sexual harassment, and he has the nerve to smirk about it. “If getting my attention was the goal, you succeeded,” he sneers, like a villain in a soap opera who’s about to get his comeuppance. Naomi, unbothered and unshaken, doesn’t let his patronizing nonsense slide. The more he tries to downplay the lawsuit, the fiercer she gets—especially when he dares to suggest she’s doing this as revenge for his past affair with Dani. “I’ll see you in court,” she snaps. And trust, we will be front row for that showdown.
The drama doesn’t stop there. Hayley, not content with being an innocent bystander, storms up to Naomi at the bar. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?!” she demands, as if Naomi owes anyone an explanation. Naomi just sued a whole law firm—does Hayley really think she’s scared of one angry blonde?
Tomás, Kat, and a Conversation That’s Way Too Steamy for Lunch
Elsewhere, Tomás and Kat are enjoying a meal, but let’s be real—Tomás has one thing on his mind, and it isn’t the lunch special. Naturally, they end up discussing the Naomi/Bill drama, but that topic barely lasts a minute before Tomás veers into other subjects. Specifically, Kat’s choice to save herself for marriage.
Now, to be clear, Tomás isn’t pressuring her. But he does make a point to say she doesn’t know what she’s missing. Then, because subtlety is not in his vocabulary, he flat-out asks if she fantasizes about him. Sir.
Kat, clearly flustered, shuts him down before things get too heated. But let’s be honest, the tension is there. The real question is, will Tomás convince her to change her mind, or will Eva swoop in and make her move first?
Martin’s Lies Catch Up to Him—Again
Back at the Richardson residence, Martin and Smitty are in the middle of yet another argument, which at this point should just be considered a weekly ritual. Smitty is livid—turns out Martin has been keeping his presidential ambitions a secret. (Casual, right?) Martin, in true political fashion, tries to twist the narrative by pointing out that Smitty didn’t tell him about wanting to return to journalism. Nice try, but running for the highest office in the country is not the same thing as switching careers, Martin.
But Smitty is no fool. He digs deeper, questioning why Vernon and Anita were so against Martin running. And just like that, Martin sidesteps the question like he’s dodging a scandal. The deflections don’t last long, though. Over dinner at Orphey Gene’s, the couple is approached by a reporter—one that Martin previously spoke to at a wedding. And guess what? Smitty is blindsided again when he learns Martin turned down a job opportunity on his behalf.
Furious doesn’t even begin to cover Smitty’s mood. Martin just keeps stacking up these lies, and at this point, their relationship might collapse under the weight of them.
