Days of Our Lives Full Episode Recap | Diabolical Deeds & Devious Departures - Tuesday, March 25, 2025 [SPOILERS]

If you thought Tuesday’s Days of Our Lives was going to be a calm, casual stroll through Salem, think again. This DOOL epsiode delivered drama hotter than Chris Hemsworth, with backstabbing, betrayal, and plenty of sass.

Tate Blows Up Doug’s Spot

Tate snitches on Doug | DOOL, Peacock

Doug had one job: Keep his mouth shut about stealing that necklace. Did he do it? Of course not. And now the consequences are rolling in faster than a soap opera coma recovery. He confides in Holly that maybe—just maybe—it’s time to fess up before things get even messier. She’s hesitant but thinks Julie might respect his honesty. (Oh honey, that’s wishful thinking.)

Meanwhile, Tate, clearly auditioning for a role as Salem’s top snitch, dials up Julie and casually drops a truth bomb. Doug stole the necklace. At first, Julie is in full denial mode—until Tate makes it clear that this is straight from the thief’s mouth. Before she can even process this betrayal, Tate hangs up, leaving her sitting there like she just found out her best friend secretly hates her outfits.

Julie’s Wrath Knows No Bounds

Doug waltzes into the house, blissfully unaware that his world is about to explode. Julie doesn’t waste a second before laying into him about the stolen necklace. She’s already put the pieces together, and when Doug doesn’t even attempt to deny it, she goes nuclear. Sure, he says he was just about to confess, but Julie’s not buying that revisionist history for a second.

Julie confronts Doug about stealing the necklace | DOOL

She’s livid. Furious. Beyond insulted. She throws him out like last week's bad leftovers, threatening to get JJ involved if he doesn’t get moving. Doug, finally realizing he’s not going to charm his way out of this one, accepts his fate. He drags himself upstairs to pack while Julie hugs herself, trying to hold it together. Let’s be real—this is going to sting for a long, long time.

Marlena’s Mission: Find John at Any Cost

Over in Estonia (because Days loves a good international manhunt), Marlena is on a mission to track down her lost love. Brady calls to check in, and she reassures him that John’s out there somewhere. Steve’s been hitting the pavement, shaking down contacts, but so far, nothing. Marlena, ever the hopeless romantic, reminisces about the times she and John defied the odds and found each other before. Steve, being the supportive bestie that he is, vows that this will be no different. A promise is made, and now we just wait for the big reunion moment.

Ava Cuts Brady Loose

Elsewhere in Salem, EJ is congratulating himself on his latest scheme when Ava shows up to remind him that karma is a thing. She’s not scared of him, no matter how smug he is, and she lets him know she’s still got some cards left to play.

EJ & Ava | DOOL

Meanwhile, Brady arrives, desperate to patch things up. But Ava, ever the realist, sees the writing on the wall. This relationship is doomed, and she’s not going to sit around waiting for it to implode. She tells Brady they’re done—over, finished, caput.

Brady’s crushed, but Ava makes it clear she’s doing this for herself. She won’t be collateral damage in his endless cycle of drama. With one last goodbye kiss on the cheek, she leaves him standing there looking like a lost puppy. Tough break, buddy.

Kristen’s Not Here to Play Nice

While everyone else is picking up the pieces of their shattered lives, Kristen is plotting. And when Kristen plots, someone is going down. She’s fuming that Rachel’s disappeared, and she knows exactly who’s responsible: EJ. Melinda, ever the enabler, confirms that EJ holds all the power right now. But Kristen? She’s got a plan.

By the time EJ strolls through the door, Kristen is already waiting to make him an offer: She’ll make him DiMera CEO if he gets her mother back. EJ, never one to be out-manipulated, immediately calls her bluff. He doesn’t trust her, and he certainly doesn’t believe she’s willing to hand him that kind of power. When Kristen doubles down, he coolly rejects her. With a dramatic farewell, he dismisses her and Melinda like they’re unworthy of his time. (Classic EJ.)

The Aftermath: Tears, Regrets & A Vow for Revenge

The final moments of the episode deliver one emotional gut punch after another. Marlena, alone with her memories, whispers into the universe, hoping John hears her. Ava and Brady walk away from each other, knowing they might never find their way back. Holly reassures Tate of her love, but he’s left looking like his world is crumbling.

And then there’s Doug. Poor, misguided Doug, standing in the living room with his bag packed, hoping for a last-minute reprieve. Julie, ever the queen of emotional devastation, ignores him entirely—until he finally walks out the door. Only then does she let herself break, dropping her magazine and sobbing.

Meanwhile, Kristen has only one thing on her mind: Revenge. She promises EJ will pay for what he’s done, and honestly? Knowing her, that’s not an empty threat.

Days of Our Lives is delivering chaos on all fronts, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Check back for daily spoilers and recaps from Soap Opera Reviews. We live for the drama!
