If there’s one thing "General Hospital" does best, it’s serving up drama on the daily. And honey, the latest "GH" episode did not disappoint. From Valentin’s less-than-stealthy escape attempt to Carly learning that polonium poisoning isn’t just for Russian spies, let’s dive into the madness that went down in Port Charles. Buckle up, because this recap is as juicy as Nina’s never-ending schemes.

Willow, Nina & the Never-Ending Custody Chess Game
Nina just can’t help herself, can she? Not content with being merely mildly overbearing, she offers to buy Willow a house, because nothing screams "I support your independence" like waving a checkbook in her face. But hey, it’s all in the name of looking good in the custody battle, right? Willow, ever the polite hostage, agrees to consider it. And by "consider," we mean she’s probably already drafting a very long, very exasperated text to Michael.

Meanwhile, Tracy is still lording over Drew like a cat batting around a particularly annoying toy. She’s ready to fight him over that crypt (because what’s a Quartermaine storyline without a battle over real estate?), and if he doesn’t back down, she’ll take everything from him. Drew, bless his optimistic little heart, thinks the law is on his side. Oh, honey. This is Port Charles. Laws bend like yoga instructors here.

Ava’s Bank Account is Crying
Ava’s accountant might as well have been reading her a horror novel. She’s still broke, and that Nina-funded loan? Yeah, it barely kept the lights on. Now she’s got to sell off one of her galleries and somehow dodge the IRS. Ava, sweetie, this is what happens when you keep getting tangled up with mobsters and bad business deals. Maybe it’s time to start an OnlyFans? (Kidding. Mostly.)
In brighter news, Nina swoops in to share her latest grand gesture—offering Willow a house! Because if there’s one thing Ava definitely has time for while drowning in debt, it’s listening to Nina’s real estate flex.

Sonny & Dante: Father-Son Bonding, But Make It Mafia
Sonny and Dante have a heart-to-heart about custody battles, but in classic Corinthos fashion, Sonny’s advice is basically "compromise so you don’t end up in a war." Gee, where would Dante have learned his conflict-resolution skills? (Certainly not from watching his father solve problems with guns and intimidation, right?) But hey, it’s a rare wholesome moment in the midst of the chaos, so we’ll allow it.

Meanwhile, Sonny’s got bigger fish to fry—namely, figuring out which hitman Valentin named and what to do about it. Hint: it does not involve a friendly sit-down.
Valentin’s Not-So-Great Escape
Valentin, bless his doomed little heart, thinks he can just casually break into Laura’s apartment to retrieve Charlotte. But this is Laura Collins we’re talking about—she’s seen every scheme under the sun. She shuts him down faster than Tracy shuts down Drew’s legal arguments.

Lulu | GH |
Enter Lulu, who shows up just in time to really let Valentin have it. The man’s trying to skip town, but Laura tells him to just turn himself in already. Valentin, ever the drama king, insists that’s a death sentence. (Honestly, at this point, the amount of people out for his head rivals a "Game of Thrones" finale.)
He begs Lulu to tell Charlotte he’ll always love her, and while it’s touching, it’s also giving guy who knows his number is up and is trying to make peace before disaster strikes.
Alexis vs. Ric: The Never-Ending Feud
![]() |
Molly, Cody, Alexis & Ric | GH |
Cody finds himself facing grand theft larceny charges, which sounds serious, but this is "GH," so we all know it’ll be cleared up in a matter of minutes. And guess what? It totally is. Molly figures out he was wrongfully arrested, which means Cody gets to walk free and we all just pretend this subplot mattered.
Meanwhile, Alexis and Ric are back at it again, arguing like it’s 2005. Cody, of all people, plays peacemaker, telling Ric to chill out before Molly gets stuck permanently refereeing their nonsense. Alexis promises to try to ignore Ric’s drama, but let’s be real—that’s about as likely as Sonny permanently retiring from the mob.
Carly’s Brush With Death (Again)
Carly wakes up in the hospital and immediately demands answers (because of course she does). Enter Isaiah, who drops a bombshell: she was poisoned with polonium. That’s right, folks—this isn’t just your run-of-the-mill Port Charles poisoning, this is high-level assassination stuff.

Carly wants answers | GH |
Sonny, naturally, goes full protective mode, while Jason and Anna start piecing together what actually went down. Turns out, someone was trying to kill Brennan, but Carly just happened to be collateral damage. Because of course she was.

Anna & Jason try to figure out what went down with Carly | GH |
Meanwhile, Sonny and Anna both think Valentin is behind it, which means Valentin’s "Great Escape" just got way more complicated. Dante slaps an APB on him, but let’s be real—if Valentin’s going down, he’s not going quietly.
Valentin vs. Brennan: A Showdown on the Pier

Brennan & Valentin's showdown on the pier | GH |
As the episode closes, Brennan tracks Valentin down to—where else?—the Port Charles pier. Because apparently, that’s the official meeting place for all criminal activity in town. (Seriously, can we get some security cameras down there?)
Will Valentin make it out alive? Will Brennan finish the job? And, most importantly, will Nina ever stop meddling?
Tune in to the next "General Hospital" full episode recap to find out!
