Thursday's full episode recap of General Hospital is overflowing with scandal, showdowns, and some seriously questionable decisions. From Valentin playing cat-and-mouse with a loaded gun to Lulu stirring up trouble (again), let’s break down all the drama from Port Charles in this must-read GH recap

Valentin plays a game of cat-and-mouse | ABC |
Jack, Valentin, and the Gun Show (Literally)
What’s a day in Port Charles without a little eavesdropping? Jason just happens to be lurking as Jack goes full action hero, pulling a gun on Valentin and demanding answers. Apparently, Valentin should’ve just stayed gone when Anna let him off the hook, but no—he’s back and now dodging bullets and accusations.

Jack Brennan aims his gun at Valentin | GH |
Valentin, of course, has his own grievances. He’s convinced Jack was behind the Prague shooting (you know, just a casual assassination attempt), while Jack fires back that Valentin should never have involved Carly. The real kicker? Valentin realizing Jack actually cares about Carly. Sir, where have you been?
Before anyone can add “murder” to their already impressive rap sheets, Anna rushes in, playing the voice of reason (for once). She demands Jack lower his weapon, promising that Valentin will face justice instead of just conveniently escaping again. Jack, begrudgingly, stands down—but not before ensuring Anna makes the call to have Valentin hauled away.
Carly’s Hospital Drama: Poison, Warnings, and Felicia’s Truth Bomb
Carly might be the queen of resilience, but even she can’t bounce back from poisoning without a few consequences. Felicia checks in, throwing out a not-so-subtle reminder that Carly’s relationship with Jack is a disaster waiting to happen. Carly, ever the stubborn one, blames Valentin for her near-death experience, but Felicia is not buying it.

Felicia doesn't mince words with Carly | GH |
She brings up Jack’s shady past with the WSB and how this is just déjà vu of the Sonny era. Felicia isn’t mincing words—she warns Carly that chasing dangerous men will cost her more than she realizes. As if that wasn’t enough, Carly herself laments that she wishes Bobbie were here, only for Felicia to deliver yet another reality check: Bobbie would not approve of this relationship mess.
The cherry on top? Felicia basically tells Carly to run while she still can. Will Carly actually listen? Doubtful.

Lulu vs. Chase: The Battle of Unwanted Opinions
Meanwhile, over in “meddling in other people’s business” news, Lulu decides it’s time to stir the pot. She tells Laura she’s ready to find a place for herself and the kids (which, honestly, is long overdue), but that’s not enough drama for one day. Lulu just has to stick her nose in Brook Lynn and Chase’s relationship.

Lulu | GH |
Chase, trying to keep the peace, warns Lulu to stay out of Brook Lynn’s business. But does she listen? Absolutely not. She insists Dante deserves to know the truth—because that’s what she would want. Chase claps back, accusing Lulu of holding information over Brook Lynn’s head just for leverage.
The whole thing escalates when Lulu brings up Charlotte being kept from her and asks Chase, point blank, if he’d want to know if he had a child out there. Whew. That’s a loaded question if we’ve ever heard one. Chase, however, is done playing games. He straight-up warns Lulu that if she keeps pushing, he’ll have her arrested for breaking into Martin’s office. Bold move, but necessary.
Brook Lynn vs. Lois: Mother-Daughter Smackdown, GH Style

Lois packs up for Bensonhurst | GH |
Brook Lynn fires back, saying she refuses to keep secrets from Chase, while Lois warns that this whole truth-telling spree will do nothing but set off a Dante vs. Chase battle royale. And let’s be real—Lois isn’t exactly wrong. Brook Lynn, however, has reached her limit and declares she can't trust her mother anymore. Ouch. Lois insists there was no manipulation (just some gentle life-ruining, apparently) and that dragging Dante into this will only end in disaster. So, in true dramatic fashion, Lois drops the mic and decides to exit stage left for a few days, she's going back to Bensonhurst.
Sonny, Laura, and Some Unexpected Sentimentality
While all this chaos is unfolding, Sonny is proving that he does, in fact, have a heart. He picks up Donna while Carly’s in the hospital and then calls Laura over for a chat. The topic? Valentin’s little break-in incident.

Sonny | GH |
Shockingly, Sonny didn’t put Valentin six feet under, and he admits it’s because he thought about Charlotte and Rocco. Growth? Maybe. Laura, sensing something deeper, questions why he’s suddenly so sentimental. Sonny drops the bombshell: he missed her while they were at odds. Look, it’s not exactly a love confession, but for Sonny, it’s as close as you’re gonna get.
Anna and Valentin: Love, Regret, and Consequences
At the station, Anna takes one last shot at redemption. She tells Valentin that helping him escape was the biggest mistake of her life (and let’s be real, she’s made a lot of them). But Valentin? Oh, he’s convinced she still loves him.

Anna | GH |
Anna, however, is done playing. Love or not, she makes it clear: he’s committed way too many crimes to keep getting free passes. Valentin can believe whatever he wants, but the reality is, he’s finally facing the consequences.
Meanhile back at the pier, Jason blames Brennan for Carly's poisoning and warns him to stay away from Carly.

Final Thoughts
This General Hospital full episode recap included betrayals, emotional showdowns, and some much-needed reality checks. Jack and Valentin’s power struggle is far from over, Carly has yet another warning she’ll probably ignore, and Lulu? Well, let’s just say she should watch her step.
As for Sonny’s softer side and Anna’s firm stance? Only time will tell how those decisions play out. One thing’s for sure: Port Charles is never short on drama.
Stay tuned for the next GH recap, because you know this chaos isn’t over yet.
