The Young and the Restless Full Episode Recap - Tuesday, March 11, 2025

Kidnappings, Clashes, and Cocktails

Things are getting messier than a drunk uncle at Thanksgiving over on Y&R. This The Young and the Restless full episode recap delivers everything from kidnappings and cryptic games to some seriously tense family drama. Harrison’s getting a crash course in family scandal, Sharon and Phyllis are still trapped in their own personal horror movie, and Claire’s getting tipsy on Vespers. Let’s get into the chaos!

Can Sharon save Phyllis | CBS/Sony

Harrison’s Unexpected Lesson in Bond (And Family Drama)

Kyle and Claire are just trying to enjoy a cute little moment at the club when Summer shows up like a storm cloud on a beach day. The topic of discussion? Their son, Harrison. While the little guy is currently breaking up a heated Jack vs. Diane debate over the real James Bond (Moore or Connery—important stuff, obviously), Summer’s worried about something much heavier: what Harrison might overhear about his grandmother’s mysterious disappearance.

Kyle tries to brush it off, but Summer is not having it. She insists they talk to Harrison tonight—none of this "we'll think about it" nonsense. Kyle caves when she reminds him about the trauma of his own kidnapping. Sorry, Claire, date night’s officially postponed.

This Week's Y&R Spoilers

Phyllis and Sharon: Welcome to Your Psychological Experiment

Meanwhile, Phyllis is feeling like she just swallowed acid—her words, not ours. Whatever their captor put in that water bottle, Sharon swears it’s the key to survival. Phyllis, being Phyllis, demands answers like she’s starring in her own true-crime special. “Tell me right now!” she shrieks at the intercom. But their kidnapper isn’t one for quick responses. Instead, the voice over the intercom congratulates Sharon for solving some sort of riddle, proving that this whole situation is less about ransom and more about some twisted game.

Can Sharon keep Phyllis alive? | Y&R

Desperate and exhausted, Sharon keeps trying to keep Phyllis alive—and maybe, just maybe, they’ll actually get out of this nightmare. Phyllis isn’t convinced, and who can blame her? It’s hard to trust your fellow prisoner when you once poisoned her son’s Scotch.
Awkward.

Nick, Victoria, and Daniel: The Worried Crew

Back in the land of the free, Nick and Victoria are doing what they do best: being stressed and plotting next moves. Daniel arrives, barely holding it together, and admits he’s been lying to his daughter Lucy—pretending everything’s fine when it’s clearly not. Meanwhile, Chance finally shows up with news: security footage caught a shady white van near the club, and ten minutes later, it popped up at Cassidy First. Then? Poof. No more sightings.

Nick’s patience has officially run out. If the authorities won’t get it together, he’ll find Sharon and Phyllis himself.

Claire’s Liquid Courage (And a New ‘Friend’?)

While Kyle deals with Summer, Claire decides to drown her disappointment in a very strong drink at the bar. Enter Holden, a guy with a taste for classic cocktails and, apparently, a knack for flirting. The two discuss Bond movies (Holden is a Daniel Craig guy, in case you were wondering), and Claire gets schooled on the difference between Vespers and Vespas. Fun times.

Claire & Holden share a moment | Y&R

But the good vibes don’t last long. Summer sees them chatting and wastes no time throwing some shade. Kyle immediately inserts himself between Claire and Holden, ready to lay down some territory lines. Claire, still a little buzzed, plays it cool—but Kyle? He’s definitely paying way too much attention to this little interaction.

Sharon and Phyllis: One Step Closer to… Freedom?

Back in the kidnapping nightmare, Sharon takes on the role of reluctant caretaker, covering Phyllis with a blanket and encouraging her to rest. Just when things seem slightly less terrifying, the intercom blares again: “Well done—you’re one step closer to liberation.”

Liberation? Excuse me? What kind of twisted escape room is this?

Sharon’s had enough. She demands to know why they’re there, who’s behind this, and what kind of sick game they’re playing. The answer? “This is an experiment, nothing more.” And with that, the intercom signs off, leaving them to stew in their growing paranoia.

Sharon’s gut tells her the truth—this isn’t ending anytime soon.

Nick Is Ready to Take Matters Into His Own Hands

While Sharon and Phyllis are stuck playing psychological chess with their captor, Nick, Daniel, and Chance are finally connecting the dots. The stolen medical supply van, the footage gaps, the eerie silence—it all screams professional job. And Nick? He’s not waiting around.

He’s bringing them home. No matter what it takes.

The Drama’s Just Getting Started

This isn’t just another Y&R kidnapping plot. Whoever’s behind this has a plan, and it’s way bigger than just Phyllis and Sharon. Will Nick and Chance track them down before it’s too late? Will Kyle ever get a drama-free date night? And what’s the deal with Claire and her new Bond-loving admirer?

Check in tomorrow!
