Another day, another dose of drama on The Young and the Restless! This episode brought the suspense, the romance, and, of course, the messiness we love. Sharon and Phyllis are stuck in a twisted mind game, Billy and Nick are playing detective (badly), and Adam is trying to redeem himself—again. Buckle up, Y&R fans, because this full episode recap is as wild as Genoa City itself.

Billy & Nick | CBS/SONY |
Victor’s Still Running the Show (Duh)
Adam finally admits to his dear old dad that moving to the ranch was the right call. Oh, and Chelsea’s in the mix too. Victor, of course, was right about everything—because when isn’t he? Adam insists this arrangement is best for Connor, but let’s be real: it’s also an excuse to be close to Chelsea.
Speaking of Chelsea, she’s getting a pep talk from Chloe, who is, as expected, not thrilled about Chelsea and Adam’s “almost” reconciliation. But even Chloe has to admit Adam has been stepping up for Connor. A begrudging compliment? Progress!
Billy and Nick’s Internet Adventures
Over at Billy’s, Nick is being smart for once—he refuses to click a shady-looking link. But Billy? Well, Billy’s gonna Billy. He finally convinces Nick to take the risk, and what do they find? A screenshot of Phyllis and Sharon locked up like characters in a B-list thriller.
Meanwhile, in a location straight out of a horror movie, Phyllis and Sharon are fighting for their freedom. They’re taking turns playing locksmith while Alan, their captor, watches from the shadows. Just when Phyllis thinks she’s cracked the code—bam! The alarms go off, because of course they do.
Traci’s Engaged—But Should She Be?
At the club, Traci is floating on cloud nine, gushing about her amazing fiancĂ©, Alan. Diane and Jack are eating it up, but let’s be real: in Genoa City, nothing is ever this perfect. Traci gets a text from Alan saying he’s on his way. She’s so happy, she practically orders a champagne waterfall. Meanwhile, Alan is busy spying on Phyllis and Sharon. Priorities, right?
When Alan finally arrives, he pulls out all the stops. Champagne toast, grand declarations of love—the works. Traci is living for it. She’s so in love, she barely notices Alan’s phone blowing up with security alerts. That’s definitely not suspicious at all.
The Chelsea, Adam, and Chloe Saga (Again)
Back at Chelsea’s, she’s having an epiphany—Adam’s different now. She’s seeing a softer side, and it’s messing with her head. Chloe, ever the skeptic, still isn’t Adam’s biggest fan, but she admits he’s been there for Connor. And because Chelsea is her bestie, she promises to be supportive.
Adam, ever the overachiever, takes it a step further. He wants Chelsea back, but he’s leaving the final call up to her. Meanwhile, Victor is giving Adam the rarest of gifts—a compliment. He praises Adam’s handling of Connor’s OCD, Chelsea’s growth, and their little family unit. Is this approval we sense? Shocking!
Escape Plans and Mind Games
Sharon and Phyllis are done playing the victim. They’ve realized their captor loves control, and they plan to use that against him. Their new strategy? One of them has to fake being asleep while the other keeps watch.

Sharon & Phyllis | Y&R |
Phyllis, however, has a different idea—one that, knowing her, is probably both brilliant and completely reckless. Meanwhile, Billy and Nick are still trying to piece together their captor’s twisted message: Who will pay the price to save the life of the mind? If that doesn’t scream “deranged villain,” we don’t know what does.
The Big Showdown is Coming
Billy finally spots another link on the creepy website—this one featuring a laughing skeleton. Because sure, why not add some horror-movie flair? Nick and Billy know this is a trap, but do they let that stop them? Of course not. They’re already en route to the creepy clinic where Phyllis and Sharon are being held. Because logic? That’s someone else’s problem.
Meanwhile, Alan gets a notification that there’s been another breach attempt. Traci, ever the doting fiancĂ©e, asks if he needs to handle it. Alan, the king of sketchy behavior, brushes it off with another romantic line. Nothing is more important than her—except, you know, his sinister side hustle.
Phyllis & Sharon’s Last Stand
Phyllis and Sharon are officially done being puppets. They’ve figured out their captor’s game, and they’re flipping the script. The plan? Find the cameras, take them out, and lure their captor right into their trap.
Because at the end of the day, The Young and the Restless isn’t just about love triangles and shady business deals—it’s about survival. And Phyllis and Sharon? They’re ready to fight their way out.
