The Young and the Restless Full Episode Recap | Billionaire Secrets & Frenemy Bonds - Tuesday, March 25, 2025 [SPOILERS]

When a billionaire calls, trouble answers. Nothing good ever comes from a mysterious billionaire dialing your number, but try telling that to Billy. While unpacking dinner, Sally is understandably skeptical about why Aristotle Dumas, the ever-elusive and highly secretive mogul, would be interested in little old Billy Abbott. Of course, Billy tries to deflect with jokes—including renaming the tycoon "Aristotle Dumb-ass"—but Sally is no fool. She sees right through his nonsense. He has a tell, after all, and this man is hiding something.

Billy & Sally | Y&R, CBS SONY

After much back and forth, Billy admits that Dumas' assistant called a few weeks back to congratulate him on something (because billionaires are known for their warm customer service, obviously). Then Dumas himself reached out, revealing that he knew all about Billy getting royally screwed over by Victor and mistreated by his own mother. Ah, yes, nothing quite like a powerful stranger validating your grudges. It felt good to Billy—too good. Sally, always the pragmatist, has one burning question: If Dumas was just being polite, why is he practically blowing up Billy's phone after hours? A simple "congrats" doesn’t require midnight calls, does it?

Victor Knows All, Sees All

Meanwhile, Victor is busy being his usual omniscient self, casually dropping bombshells over drinks at the ranch with Lily. He has been doing some digging into Damian Kane, and, shocker, it turns out the guy is nothing but a front. He owns nothing, has nothing, and is nothing more than a pawn. But whose pawn? That would be none other than Aristotle Dumas. The billionaire has apparently been eyeing Winters Inc. for months, and Damian Kane was his Trojan horse. If Lily had any doubts before, she certainly doesn’t now. Victor, ever the puppeteer, makes it clear: she should NOT do business with Aristotle Dumas.

Phyllis and Sharon: From Hatred to... Tolerable Indifference?

Sharon and Phyllis are doing something that can only be described as unnatural—talking civilly. Small talk quickly turns into a discussion about their shared trauma, and Phyllis, always quick to acknowledge the obvious, wonders aloud if they are BFFs now. She is confused, probably a little horrified, and not sure what to do with these unfamiliar warm and fuzzy feelings.

Sharon, ever the peacemaker, reminds Phyllis that they actually managed to get along when she was undergoing cancer treatment. Phyllis, being Phyllis, insists that she has been fueled by hatred for so long that she considers it a friend. But, hey, cool, maybe it is time to move on? Just baby steps, though. They clink their glasses, silently agreeing to call a temporary ceasefire.

Back to Business—or Betrayal?

Back at the park, Victor's warning to Lily takes on an even darker tone. He reveals that three months ago, Aristotle Dumas sent Damian Kane information on Lily and Devon, long before Nate ever reached out to Kane. In other words, Dumas was playing chess while the rest of them were still figuring out the rules.

Meanwhile, Devon is already putting the pieces together. Meeting with Lily at Crimson Lights, he notices she seems "off." And no, it is not just the existential dread of dealing with billionaire mind games. She shares Victor's intel, and Devon wastes no time drawing the inevitable conclusion: Nate's brother has been playing him and everyone else from the very beginning.

Billy's Quid pro Quo with Dumas

As if all of that weren’t enough, Billy, still feeling all warm and fuzzy from billionaire validation, sneaks off to return Dumas' call once Sally is presumably upstairs. And what do we hear? "I've got the quid if you’ve got the quo." Ah, Billy. Nothing screams "this is going to end badly" quite like bargaining with a billionaire whose motives remain as murky as ever.

The drama never stops in Genoa City, and if this full episode recap of Y&R proves anything, it’s that secrets, schemes, and sudden billionaire interest are never just coincidences. Follow Soap Opera Reviews for the daily spoilers and recaps. We live for the drama!
