The Young and the Restless Full Episode Recap - Thursday, March 6, 2025

Drama, Deception & Delusions

This Y&R full episode recap is serving up all the drama, as Summer and Kyle dance around their messy history, Claire gets a reality check, and Damian continues to be the human embodiment of a red flag. Nikki tries to play peacemaker, while Devon’s detective instincts are in overdrive. Oh, and Victor? Still pulling the strings like the puppet master he is. Let’s get into it.

Nikki plays peacemaker | CBS

Kyle, Summer, and Claire: A Love Triangle No One Asked For

Kyle and Summer keep running into each other—literally and figuratively. This time, it’s at the club, where Summer is using her patented “teary-eyed damsel” act to keep Kyle wrapped around her finger. Enter Claire, who’s had just about enough of her man playing hero to his ex. Can’t say I blame her.

Later, Kyle continues to totally not notice the tension between the two women as he flirts with Claire while still tending to Summer. Claire, meanwhile, is gushing about Harrison (because obviously, bonding over Kyle’s son is a power move). Summer? She looks like she’d rather be anywhere else.

By the time Nikki joins the drama, Claire is already feeling some type of way about Summer’s attitude. And Nikki? She subtly confirms what we all know—Victor absolutely has a hand in this mess. Summer’s sudden confidence? Not an accident.

Kyle, being his usual clueless self, later asks Summer if his thing with Claire is a problem. She plays it cool, but let’s be real—her poker face is about as convincing as a toddler caught with cookie crumbs on their face.

The Damian Mystery: Red Flags Galore

Over at Nate’s place, Amy and Nate are all loved-up, discussing her recent reunion with Damian. But Amy’s picking up on some weird vibes—because let’s be honest, Damian is mysterious in a way that makes you double-check your locks at night.

Meanwhile, Damian is out here doing his homework—he knows exactly who Devon Winters is before even meeting him. But what he doesn’t know is that Devon is not one to play games. Devon calls Damian out on his sketchy résumé and makes it clear—unless Damian is some secret billionaire mastermind, his claims don’t add up.

Damian swears he has no secret agenda (which is exactly what someone with a secret agenda would say). But Devon isn’t buying it, and neither is Lily. They’ve seen enough shady dealings in their lives to know that when someone insists they’re not hiding something, they definitely are.

Later, Lily and Devon talk it out. Lily is kind of giving Damian the benefit of the doubt, but Devon? He’s over it. His “something isn’t adding up” radar is off the charts. And the fact that Lily is suddenly going out to dinner with Damian? Devon is not loving this.

Nikki’s Pep Talk: Claire’s Reality Check

Nikki | CBS

While Claire is spiraling over Summer’s passive-aggressive behavior, Nikki steps in with some words of wisdom. Claire may be feeling insecure, but Nikki reassures her—she’s got a good thing going with Kyle.

Oh, and about Victor? Yeah, he can be a tad overbearing (understatement of the century), but Nikki makes one thing clear: she’s on Team Claire. She’s not letting Victor or Summer mess this up.

Kyle and Summer: The Exes Who Won’t Quit

Summer warns Kyle about going against Victor (because history has shown that doesn’t end well for anyone). But Kyle? He’s out here acting like he’s immune to Victor’s wrath. He’s standing by Claire, and he doesn’t care what anyone—including The Mustache—thinks.

Then, Summer asks the million-dollar question: Are you falling in love with Claire? And Kyle’s response? “Not quite there yet, but close.”

Translation: He’s halfway in, but still keeping an eye on Summer. And when Summer insists she’s totally moved on, her face tells a very different story.

Who’s Playing Who?

Kyle is a mess. He says he’s all about Claire, but he’s still emotionally tangled up with Summer.

Claire is fighting an uphill battle. Between Summer’s antics and Victor’s meddling, she’s got her work cut out for her.

Summer is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. She’s acting innocent, but make no mistake—she’s working an angle.

Damian is sus. Devon’s not wrong to be wary. This man is hiding something, and it’s only a matter of time before it all comes out.

This episode of The Young and the Restless was serving tension, deception, and a whole lot of questionable decisions. And something tells me, the drama is far from over.

Stay tuned for the next Y&R full episode recap!
