On Tuesday's The Bold and the Beautiful, the drama came sizzling hot with brawls, betrayals, and brain bleeds. From Hope dragging Carter’s broken promises to Deacon throwing fists at Carter like it's an episode of Cobra Kai, to Liam waking up confused in the hospital.

Deacon Goes Full Papa Bear While Hope Clocks Out Emotionally
If you're tuning in for peace and reconciliation on The Bold and the Beautiful, you're clearly watching the wrong soap. This full episode recap is stuffed with delusion, drama, and a smackdown that was a long time coming. Let's dive in and get our sass levels prepped, because nobody—and I mean nobody—held back this time.
Hope Tells Brooke She's Over the Carter Circus
Our girl Hope walked into her mom Brooke’s house looking like she’d just done a walk of shame from disappointment. When Brooke asked where she’d been, Hope dropped a quiet bomb: she was with Deacon. Yep, she needed someone—anyone—who still had her back, and Daddy Deacon seemed like the only viable option left.
Brooke tried the whole motherly support speech, saying she fought for Hope’s line to be revived, but Hope wasn’t buying the kumbaya. She shut down the idea that Carter deserved any sympathy, reminding her mom that while she was out here believing in his sweet nothings, he was out here kissing Daphne like it was Spring Fling at Beverly Hills High.
Hope’s voice cracked only a little as she confessed she thought what she and Carter had was real. Cute memories, big dreams, steamy boardroom makeouts—the whole fantasy. But after his betrayal? She’s questioning everything. She finally asked the golden question: Did he throw her away for Ridge? Or for Daphne?
The Design Office Brawl: Deacon vs. Carter
Meanwhile, Deacon was giving “protective dad” a whole new meaning in the design office. He came in guns blazing, metaphorically speaking, and told Carter he was not about to disrespect his daughter and get away with it. Carter, playing his usual calm-and-collected card, tried to talk things out. Bad move. Deacon wasn’t in a talking mood—he was in a let-me-break-your-face mood.
When Carter dared to say Deacon only had one side of the story and that Deacon was actually the first man to abandon Hope, Mr. Sharpe went nuclear. He called Carter a liar, a manipulator, and a cheater who broke his daughter’s heart, and then—bam!—Deacon popped him one. That’s right, the man threw an actual punch, giving Carter a stylish new cut above his eye.

Carter claps back | B&B |
But Carter wasn't about to be anyone’s punching bag. He clapped back, literally, and suddenly we had ourselves a full-blown soap opera fight scene. That’s when Daphne came crashing in like the HR department in heels, threatening to call security. Deacon smirked, “Is this her, the Nose?” Oh, we are deep in the petty pool now.

Daphne "The Nose" breaks up the fight | B&B |
Carter introduced Deacon as Hope’s father, trying to defend her honor. Daphne, in true savage mode, quipped that there was “nothing left to defend.” Deacon’s reaction? A very mature “charming.” The man may throw punches, but his sarcasm game is strong.
Forrester Politics: Everyone's Blaming Hope (Again)
Back over at Forrester Creations, the moral high ground was getting a little crowded. Ridge let Zende know that Hope’s line getting the ax had nothing to do with his design skills—because apparently Zende needed that confidence boost. Ridge and Daphne both agreed Carter made a mistake but redeemed himself by returning the company (cue slow clap). Hope? Not so much. According to Daphne, if it were up to her, the Forresters would all be fired and replaced with inspirational quote posters.

Zende defends Hope | B&B |
Zende wasn't here to defend Hope per se, but he wasn’t thrilled with the double standards. Ridge hit back with the ultimate Forrester mic drop: “She still doesn’t think she did anything wrong.” And that’s the crux, isn’t it? Hope’s crime wasn’t just falling for the wrong guy—it was daring to believe she could have a seat at the Forrester table without kissing their designer ring.
Daphne, ever the keeper of corporate grudges, pinned all of Carter’s misdeeds on Hope. According to her, he was “led astray.” Oh honey, the man is grown. Hope didn’t make him cheat. He just got caught up in some romantic office delusion and then bailed when the going got complicated. But sure, let’s blame the woman.
Hospital Chaos: Liam's Back… Kinda
While fashion drama burned through the halls of Forrester, over at the hospital, things were getting medically murky. Liam finally woke up, but with a major case of “Where am I and why does my head feel like it met a brick wall?” Steffy was right by his side, whispering sweet nothings like “You’re in the hospital, babe, and your brain’s been bleeding.”

Liam learns he had a brain bleed | B&B |
Grace, their resident hospital queen, filled in the terrifying blanks: Liam had a brain bleed and if he hadn’t made it in when he did, he could have died. In case you missed the memo: Steffy is the one who found him and called 911. That’s right, folks. She saved his life. Liam got all choked up, whispering, “You saved me?”.
When Steffy asked if he remembered how he got hurt, he drew a complete blank. Not even a “I slipped on a plot twist” moment. She revealed she found him outside Bill’s house, but how he got there, what happened, or who did it—total mystery. Classic B&B. Just another day, another dramatic blackout.
Back in Finn’s office, the good doctor was spiraling because Steffy hadn’t updated him. His mom Li joined him and reassured him everything would be fine, but Finn’s spidey senses said otherwise. He was trying not to let his imagination run wild, but let’s be real—this is The Bold and the Beautiful. If your gut tells you something's wrong, it probably is.
Also, side note: Kelly has a father-daughter dance coming up and Finn promised that nothing would keep Liam from showing up. Except maybe memory loss. And brain trauma. And literally all of the drama that seems to follow Liam around like a soap opera-shaped curse.
