B&B Full Episode Recap | Deacon Confesses to Hope & Will Finn Keep Liam's Secret? - Thursday, April 10, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Thursday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful was serving up brain bleeds, shady confessions, and enough emotional whiplash to land us all in the ER with Liam. How will Finn react when finding out Steffy has been at Liam's bedside all this time and that he needs to keep it all a secret. What will Hope do when she finds out her father, Deacon, beat up her ex, at her former workplace? This B&B full episode recap is bursting with secrets and a side of questionable decisions.

Deacon tells Hope he beat up Carter | B&B, CBS

Liam’s Hanging On—Literally and Emotionally

So, Liam’s in a hospital bed looking like he just crawled through a disaster movie, and Steffy is right there like the loyal ex she always is. Liam’s whispering sweet nothings about how much he owes her—because of course he does, she pretty much saved his life. Again. Steffy’s over here reminiscing about bathtub near-death experiences like it’s a scrapbook moment, and honestly? The drama is rich.

Enter Finn, strutting in all white-coat serious, and bam—he finds out Liam almost died. Cue the dramatic gasp. Liam had a brain bleed. You know, just a casual brush with death. Grace Buckingham swings by with the usual medical vague-speak: “touch and go,” “we’re hopeful,” blah blah. Translation? It’s bad, but they’re praying the man pulls through.

Finn | B&B

And Liam? He’s not just thinking about recovery—he’s laser-focused on making it to Kelly’s daddy/daughter dance. Because nothing says “I might have brain damage” like prioritizing a middle school social event over telling your own daughters you almost died. But hey, he’s a Bold and the Beautiful dad—stoicism is part of the job description.

The ‘No One Can Know’ Olympics

Liam has one request: keep the whole “nearly died” thing under wraps. Like, completely. Not Beth, not Kelly—no one. The man’s playing secret superhero, protecting everyone from the truth while he’s clinging to consciousness. Finn and Steffy agree, even though their worried glances could start a wildfire. Meanwhile, Grace whispers to Finn about Liam’s history with head trauma like she’s narrating a true crime podcast. It's giving we should tell someone, but Liam’s inner drama king says otherwise.

Liam tells Steffy to go hug the girls from him—because what’s more comforting than a third-party hug from your maybe-dying dad? She leaves, and he passes out from sheer emotional exhaustion. Relatable.

Hope Walks Into Drama—and Deacon Brings the Heat

Cut to Il Giardino, where Deacon is doing the absolute most. Hope shows up, looking like she knows she’s about to hear something dumb, and surprise! She’s right. Deacon decides this is the perfect moment to confess that he, a grown man with parole in his rearview, got into a physical altercation with Carter. Over her. Because clearly nothing screams “I’m a functional adult” like throwing punches at your daughter’s ex.

Hope | B&B

Hope reacts exactly how you’d expect—equal parts horrified and exhausted. She’s like, “You fought Carter? Are you kidding me?” But Deacon, puffed up on righteous dad vibes, says Carter had it coming. Apparently the man had the nerve to “run out” on Hope and then lock lips with “the Nose.” (We see what you did there, Deacon.)

And don’t even get him started on how Carter didn’t defend Hope when Steffy fired her again. Deacon’s loyalty is touching, but his logic? As flawed as a Forrester family tree. Hope tells him, very patiently, that this could land him back in jail. He shrugs it off like she said he might catch a cold. Honestly? Iconic, if ill-advised.

Hope’s Regret and a Little Nostalgia

After dealing with a restaurant mishap (because of course he’s still pretending to run that place), Deacon circles back to Hope, laying it on thick. He’s convinced her life went downhill the moment Liam walked out. And honestly, he’s not entirely wrong. Hope admits she still has feelings for Liam and wishes she hadn’t hurt him. She hasn’t checked on him lately, which—yikes, especially given he’s laid up in a hospital bed right now.

Deacon’s not subtle. He’s pushing this “Liam is your real soulmate” narrative harder than a soap opera flashback montage. And Hope? She’s not denying it. She and Beth were lucky to have Liam, she says. It’s giving unfinished business, and Deacon’s living for it.

Meanwhile, in the Land of the Forgettables…

Over at Forrester Creations, Carter is having a whole existential moment. Daphne tries to pull him into the future with a little flirty pep talk, and they almost kiss—but he jerks back like she’s a live wire. The man is clearly not over Hope. Daphne plays it cool, drops a casual “Whenever you’re ready,” and struts out like a queen. Carter sits down and stares at a press release, probably trying to remember how his life got this messy. Newsflash, Carter: that’s what happens when you try to juggle business and forbidden romance on B&B.

Liam Gets Real With Dr. Grace—Sorta

Back in the hospital, Liam’s alone with Grace and ready to cut the sugarcoating. He straight up asks her: “Am I gonna make it?” Grace dances around the question with the finesse of someone who’s had to break bad news before. It’s too soon to say, yada yada, but they’re hopeful. She’s got the whole “good team” speech down pat. Liam’s grateful but firm—this is his burden, and he’s keeping it to himself. Again with the stoic martyr act. Classic Liam.

Steffy’s Secret and Kelly’s Big Question

At the cliff house, Finn and Steffy go over the whole “Liam almost died because of a fight with Bill” thing like they’re discussing what to order for dinner. She reminds him—yet again—not to tell anyone. That’s when Kelly comes bouncing in, full of little girl energy and big daddy-daughter dance dreams.

She asks if Liam will be at the dance. Steffy fumbles the answer like a mom in a Hallmark movie, saying something “came up,” but promising that her daddy loves her more than anything. Kelly, bless her heart, believes it. “Daddy will always be there for me,” she says, eyes full of hope. Finn and Steffy exchange a look that says, “If only she knew.” And honestly? The heartbreak in that moment hit harder than Deacon’s punch.
