Liam’s Lying Low…Literally

Liam remembers his fight with Bill was over Luna | B&B, CBS |
Liam, our resident human ping-pong ball, is laid up in the ICU looking like he went twelve rounds with a wrecking ball—and lost. He’s hooked up to more machines than a vintage arcade, and Steffy, bless her brave little heart, is trying to get him to remember literally anything. Turns out, he smacked his head twice—because once just wasn’t dramatic enough—and was found face down outside Dollar Bill’s house. Steffy’s doing her best Florence Nightingale impression, but Liam’s memory is like a scratched DVD.
Eventually, though, he flashes back to the disaster: arguing with his dad, quitting Spencer Publications (again), and then getting yelled at until he stumbled out like a soap-opera martyr. The drama? It was all over Luna. Because of course it was.
Daddy Dearest? Try Daddy Dangerous
Steffy’s jaw practically hits the floor when Liam croaks out that he quit his job because Bill released Luna from prison. Yes, the same Luna who killed two people and went full Mortal Kombat on Steffy. And what did Bill do when his son voiced reasonable concerns? Oh, he screamed at him and apparently let him wobble off into the great unknown with a potential brain bleed. Loving father of the year, y’all.
“Bill did this to you?!” Steffy gasps, eyes wide enough to qualify as dinner plates. She’s stunned, scandalized, and seriously seconds away from marching down to Spencer HQ with a flamethrower. Bill’s crossed so many lines lately he’s basically coloring outside the margins at this point.
Finn’s Fed Up and Bill Couldn’t Care Less

Bill bumps into Finn at the hospital | B&B |
Meanwhile, over at the hospital, Finn catches Bill strolling around like he doesn’t have a single regret—or clue. Finn wastes no time dragging him for getting Luna out of prison. Bill’s response? A smug “You’re welcome.” Oh, okay, Saint Bill. If you're going to gaslight the world, at least bring a match.
Finn tries logic (a bold move in this show) and asks if Bill seriously doesn’t see the danger in unleashing Luna. But Bill’s not here for logic—he’s here to defend his daughter-of-the-moment and trash-talk anyone who disagrees. He tells Finn to zip it and accuses Liam of getting his “little shorts in a bunch.” That’s rich coming from a man who treats family loyalty like it’s a clearance item at Dollar Tree.
Sheila’s Got a Plan, and It Involves Steffy...Not Being Alive
![]() |
Sheila has a plan | B&B |
Across town, Sheila is playing “Supportive Grandma” like it’s her new role of the century. She’s bonding with Luna, giving faux sage advice, and—oh yes—plotting to eliminate Steffy from their lives. Permanently. Because what’s a Wednesday without some casual homicidal scheming?
Sheila’s convinced that Steffy is the root of all problems. Finn doesn’t love Luna? Blame Steffy. Sheila can’t bond with her bio son? Steffy. Global warming? Probably Steffy. And since Steffy isn’t likely to roll over and let this chaos continue, Sheila’s decided it might be time to do what she does best: remove the obstacle. Someone hide the knives.
Carter Gets an Earful, Deacon Gets Booted

Daphne breaks up Deacon & Carter's fight | B&B |
Back at Forrester Creations—where HR is clearly asleep at the wheel—Deacon’s blowing a gasket at Carter over how he “betrayed” Hope. Deacon’s yelling, Carter’s flaring his nostrils like a bull, and Daphne is in the middle trying to prevent this from turning into The Real Housewives of Forrester.
Carter insists he was doing the right thing, even if it meant losing Hope. Deacon, not known for subtlety, threatens him with a face full of fists if he ever sees him again. The man’s got more threats than receipts, but he means business.
Once Deacon finally storms out (you could almost hear the dramatic exit music), Daphne turns into Florence Nightingale 2.0, tending to Carter’s battle wound and giving him the ol’ “your ex doesn’t deserve you” pep talk. Spoiler: it works. She slides in with that “your future is now” line, and suddenly Carter’s got more chemistry with her than he ever had with Hope.

Liam’s Request: Secret Injuries and Selective Sharing
Back in the ICU, things go from serious to seriously weird. Liam tells Steffy he doesn’t want anyone to know he’s hurt. Not even Finn. Not even his own daughter. Um, sir? You’ve got a brain injury. This isn’t a paper cut. But Liam, being Liam, is more concerned with secrets than stitches.
Steffy, of course, thinks this is pure nonsense. She calls Finn anyway, because she’s not about to let her husband find out his ex is sitting in a hospital bed via carrier pigeon. Liam’s not thrilled, but Steffy’s too emotional to care. She tears up as she tells him she thought he was dead, and honestly? For a minute there, we did too. Liam thanks her for saving him, and for a second, we almost forget how ridiculous his request is. Almost.
