On Monday's episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, everybody’s losing their mind — and some of them their clothes. From Brooke’s lace-fueled loneliness to Luna’s not-so-innocent antics, and Poppy putting Sheila in her place with a slap heard 'round the Forrester globe, this B&B full episode recap is packed with drama, delusion, and just the right amount of lingerie.

Brooke in Lingerie and in Her Feelings
Poor Brooke. Our perennial Forrester flame can’t catch a break — or apparently a man — in this B&B drama storm. She’s roaming the halls of Forrester like a ghost of scandal past, reminiscing about Ridge and whining to Carter about how everyone at the office treats her like she’s contagious. (Which, let’s be honest, she kind of is — emotionally.)
Carter, being the tall glass of stoic that he is, listens patiently as she vents about her current status as Ridge-less and Hope-less. She can’t get Ridge to look at her, Hope barely grunts hello, and Steffy is on permanent ice-queen mode. Meanwhile, Carter is holding onto his fantasy that Hope might come back to him. Oh, sweetie. Hope’s not even coming back to her own personality at this point.
Then enters Daphne, creeping outside like it's amateur hour at Spy School, listening in on Carter's heart-to-heart with Brooke. And when she finally slinks in, she makes it clear she didn’t dress up in tight slacks and sass to listen to Carter pine over another woman. Oh no, sis came to seduce. She flirts hard, offers some mutual undressing, and tries to sell Carter on a future where he forgets all about Hope. Spoiler alert: he still looks like he’s thinking about how to escape through the ceiling tiles.
Taylor vs. Brooke: The Passive-Aggressive Olympics Continue
Just when you thought Taylor and Brooke had called a ceasefire, they prove that being over 50 doesn’t mean you’ve matured. Brooke struts into the design office like she owns the place (which, let’s be real, she probably thinks she does), and Taylor’s already got her claws sharpened.
Cue Taylor’s backhanded comments about lingerie hallway-strolls and Ridge moving on. Brooke claps back, not-so-subtly implying Taylor's got nothing better to do than stalk her around the office. Classic. These two are stuck in an endless loop of “You’ll never have Ridge” and “Actually, I already did.” And honestly, no one's winning.
Brooke, bless her chiffon-wrapped heart, insists that Ridge is the only man for her — forever and always. Taylor’s too busy trying not to roll her eyes into another dimension. Girl, at this point, even Ridge is over this triangle. Can we get a new shape?
Luna Undresses and Unhinges
Let’s talk about Luna. Little Miss Unstable shows up in a pizza delivery boy disguise (yes, seriously) to stalk Will at Forrester. She strips off the disguise to reveal herself — and honey, she doesn’t stop there.
Will's trying to figure out what planet she dropped in from, and Luna’s delivering cryptic monologues about daddy issues and emotional trauma like she’s auditioning for a soap within a soap. She’s trying to connect over their mutual loathing of Bill, but Will’s not biting. He’s not his father’s mini-me, and he’s definitely not here for Luna’s manipulative mess.
But Luna isn’t done. She starts pawing through the gowns and literally strips down to her underwear, asking Will what she should try on first. Uh, maybe some boundaries? Will, to his credit, doesn’t fall for it — but Luna? She’s clearly one snapped thread away from a full-blown breakdown… and she’s dragging couture into it.
Electra's Dilemma: To Wait or Not to Wait?
Meanwhile, over at the Forrester mansion, Electra’s having her own romantic crisis. She’s not ready to go all the way with Will, and she’s wondering if that’s going to be a dealbreaker. Ivy, functioning as the only adult in this entire episode, gives her some solid big-sister wisdom: don’t do it unless you’re ready.
Electra loves Will — he's her hero, her protector, her knight in not-so-shiny designer jeans — but she wants their first time to mean something. Ivy’s proud of her for standing her ground, and honestly? So are we. Someone in this episode had to act like they had sense, and it sure wasn’t Luna flashing her undies in the wardrobe room.
The Slap That Shook Sheila
Let’s get to the real scene-stealer of this B&B full episode recap: Poppy vs. Sheila.
Poppy meets Sheila at Il Giardino, and right from the jump, you know it’s about to go off. Sheila wants to talk about Luna. Poppy is already one eye roll away from a meltdown. And when Sheila accuses her of hiding the truth about Finn and Luna's paternity, Poppy doesn’t even deny it. She flat-out admits she knew — and didn’t care.
What follows is a masterclass in savage insults and generational trauma. Sheila accuses Poppy of raising a double-murderer. Poppy fires back that Luna got her psychopathy from Sheila's side. Then Sheila, never one to take a dig lying down, brings up the fact that Poppy slept with her own nephew.
Things escalate fast. Threats fly. Insults get nastier. And when Sheila tries to puff up with her usual menacing monologue, Poppy unleashes a slap that sends Sheila reeling. But instead of throwing a punch back, Sheila laughs. That eerie, dead-inside laugh that lets you know she’s either planning your funeral or your wedding. Possibly both.
Game on.
