General Hospital Full Episode Recap | Alexis Won't Commit Kristina as Ava Raises her Price - Tuesday, April 15, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Tuesday's General Hospital full episode recap is your guide to everything going down in Port Charles. From shady blackmail deals to Nurses Ball prep, the drama is piping hot!

Alexis | GH, ABC

The Nurses Ball Gets a Violinist & Brook Lynn Gets Her Man

Gio, our soulful little violinist, was deep in his feelings by the boathouse when Brook Lynn showed up like the glam music fairy godmother she is. She wanted him to join the Nurses Ball, which she’s co-producing with Lucy, and naturally, Gio hesitated. Because what says party like some classical music, right? But Brook Lynn wasn’t hearing that. She insisted she’d be the BeyoncĂ© to his violin solo, promising no one would dare nap on her watch.

Next thing you know, Gio’s all-in and ready to make sweet music—with his violin, people. Don’t get ahead of yourselves. Later, Lois spotted Gio playing something not written by Mozart, and nearly fell over. Shocked but delighted, she learned Brook Lynn would be producing Gio’s act and was thrilled to see the family working together. Cue the warm fuzzies.

Meanwhile, back at the Quartermaine house, Chase found Lois on the phone trying to wrangle lighting talent for the Nurses Ball. He dropped a compliment bomb by telling her he was actually glad she came back, despite their previous messiness. They got real about the baby secret she’s been carrying for Brook Lynn, and honestly? It was a refreshingly mature moment. Chase gets it—Brook Lynn’s been protecting her kid, and Lois is choosing to believe her grandbaby is safe and sound, even if she hasn’t held them yet.

Brook Lynn then circled back to Chase about the Ball. He wasn’t sure he’d perform, but if he did, he’d need a producer—preferably one who’s as hands-on as she is hot. Of course, Brook Lynn signed on without hesitation, and those two sealed the deal with a kiss. Yes, GH is still serving romance with a side of angst.

Ric Gets Company, Kristina Gets Real

Over at the hospital, Ric was busy being sketchy on the phone with Ava when Dante popped in uninvited. Ric abruptly hung up—because why talk to the woman blackmailing your family when you can get grilled by your cop nephew instead?

Kristina and Molly arrived, trying to act like they were all grown up and healed or whatever. Kristina told Molly she didn’t have to go in with her to see Ric, but of course, she did. Because awkward sister bonding is the GH way.

Dante later pulled Kristina aside for a heart-to-heart about their dad and his recovery. Kristina, still in emotional rehab from her many, many mistakes, wondered if people could really change. Dante, bless him, used his own WSB drama and PTSD as a guidebook for healing. He told Kristina he’s proud of how she’s picking up the pieces—one bad decision at a time.

Back inside, Ric and Molly talked about how maybe, maybe, something good could come from this car crash mess. Like, say, Molly and Kristina acting like actual siblings again. Molly told him that Kristina was solid during the hospital scare and that maybe—just maybe—she’s turned a corner. Ric, ever the complicated dad/uncle/catalyst of chaos, seemed open to the idea. It was weirdly sweet, if you ignore his entire history.

Ava's Price Tag Skyrockets & Alexis Isn't Having It

Meanwhile, over at the “Queen of Blackmail” headquarters (aka Ava’s art gallery), Alexis was about to do something desperate. Diane, ever the legal bulldog, had prepped commitment papers to get Kristina put away and ready with an insanity plea—just in case the police ever decided to stop being clueless.

But Alexis pulled the brakes. Hard. She couldn’t destroy Kristina’s already fragile trust, especially now that Kristina and Molly were finally having sleepovers without setting the house on fire. Alexis decided to gamble with fate (and Ava’s greed) instead of signing the papers. Diane was shook, but Alexis was firm. She was going to keep things quiet and pray the whole thing doesn’t implode. Because nothing says "mother of the year" like choosing blackmail over commitment.

Then came the meeting with Ava. Alexis showed up, transferred funds into a Swiss account (because of course she did), and told Ava to enjoy her hush money. But Ava, never one to settle, announced the price just went up. Why? Because Ava’s not just in it for the cash—she wants vengeance. Ric’s pain and Kristina’s attempted homicide need compensating, and Ava’s silence? It’s now on a payment plan. Alexis stormed off, Ava texted Ric a bunch of "$$$".

Elizabeth’s Homecoming Comes With a Side of Crazy

Elizabeth came home from the hospital expecting peace and quiet, but got a parade instead. Lulu, Laura, and Aiden were there to welcome her, complete with a first-floor bedroom setup and enough casseroles to feed a small country. But the real surprise? Amy.

Yes, Nurse Amy showed up like a hyper-organized tornado with her eight-hour shifts, meal timers, and inflammatory-food purges. She announced Liz would now be guzzling three gallons of water a day and napping on command. Aiden and Lucky exchanged looks of pure panic. Lulu, ever the realist, asked Lucky if he was confused about what needed cleaning—the fridge or Liz’s personal life. Spoiler: the answer is both.

Liz, trying to stay sane, took comfort in knowing her ex and her family were stepping up. Laura gave a sweet pep talk about how she’d always be there, and Lulu reminded Lucky that maybe, just maybe, he should stop pining and start talking.

Later, Aiden’s attempt at family game night got completely derailed by Amy’s Nap Patrol. Laura dipped for a press conference, and Aiden begged Lulu not to leave him alone with the woman who clearly thinks she’s Florence Nightingale 2.0. Lulu reassured him everything would be fine—which, in GH language, means “prepare for chaos.” Outside, Lulu told Lucky the truth: Amy isn’t it. And if Liz needs a caregiver, it should be someone who actually gives a damn. Lucky gulped and realized what was coming next.

Emma and Joss Vie for Professor Dalton's Attention

At the Surf Lodge, Joss was buried in schoolwork when Emma popped in looking like she hadn’t slept in a week. They bonded over the academic struggle life and compared notes on the elusive Professor Dalton. Emma’s clearly the golden child in Dalton’s class, while Joss just managed to sneak in thanks to a conveniently-timed vacation to Easter Island. (Yes, that Easter Island.)

Professor Dalton | GH

Trina arrived to meet Kai and immediately dropped the news that her mom thinks his surgery is a terrible idea. Kai, ever the optimist, didn’t care. He’s betting everything on a risky procedure to get back into the game. Trina agreed to stand by him, even if she thinks it’s nuts, because love makes you do questionable things. They shared a sweet kiss, but the tension was real.

Later, back at school, Emma and Joss returned from class, and it was crystal clear: Dalton is feeling Emma’s vibe. He straight-up told her she should apply to be his summer research assistant, and Emma was glowing. Joss, not one to let someone else have the spotlight, reminded her that it’s still a competition, and nothing’s guaranteed. Emma agreed—but let’s be honest, she already thinks the job is hers. Game on.
