Dante’s Big Day Gets Hijacked
You know it’s gonna be a messy General Hospital day when Dante wakes up thinking he’s about to have a chill birthday. Sorry, detective, that’s not how Port Charles operates. Over at Jordan’s office, things aren’t exactly celebratory either. Sis is literally packing up her desk when Curtis strolls in like he’s about to stage an intervention. Jordan, being the queen of dodging, gives him some half-baked story about disagreements with Laura. Curtis isn’t buying what she’s selling, but Jordan shuts it down faster than a Cassadine at a charity ball. She’s not lying to him again, she swears. He’s got no choice but to drop it — but Curtis, being Curtis, makes sure to remind her that silence comes with strings attached. Classic.
Rocco’s Brutally Honest Moment Leaves Sonny Shook
Over at Sonny’s shiny new place, Olivia is laying it on thick about how she would’ve thrown Dante’s party at the Quartermaine mansion, but the idea of dealing with Tracy made her reconsider her life choices. Lulu pops in, Lois arrives dragging Kristina, Danny, and Gio along like the chaos parade they are, and it’s a full house of dysfunction. Kristina’s about to grab Dante when little Donna stops her because obviously Donna runs the house now.

Lulu drops by Dante's birthday party | GH |
Meanwhile, out on the patio, Dante checks in with Rocco, only to find out that his son is spiraling about his debate. Turns out Rocco thinks that if Grandpa Sonny shows up, it’ll just be a whole new layer of disaster. And just like that, Sonny overhears the conversation he really wasn’t supposed to hear. Dante tries to spin it, but Sonny—who actually shows some restraint for once—tells Rocco it’s okay and even agrees to stay away. Miracles do happen on GH.
But of course, Olivia isn’t gonna let it slide. When Sonny tries to gracefully bow out of attending the debate, she drags him outside and absolutely unloads on him. Dante tries to step in like the dutiful son he is, but Sonny being the martyr says he’d rather take the hit than make Rocco’s life harder. Look at Sonny trying to grow.
Alexis Drags Marco & Honestly, He Deserved It
Over at Alexis and Diane’s, Marco is getting a professional dressing-down from Alexis because, plot twist, he forgot to mention that his daddy is none other than Sidwell. You know, the client who makes Sonny look like a friendly neighbor.

Marco | GH |
Lucas warns Marco that crossing Jason Morgan is pretty much a death wish, but Marco’s acting like he’s on a different show altogether. Alexis, not here for the mess, tells him straight up: lies of omission are still lies. Marco pulls the sad little speech about wanting to escape his family’s shadow, but Alexis has zero time for his pity party. She reminds him that running from your family name is one thing; hiring clients who want to murder each other? That's where she draws the line.
Felicia Pulls Carly Into a No-Win Situation
Meanwhile, poor Carly just wants a moment to talk about Michael’s recovery without more drama, but Port Charles doesn’t know the meaning of “peace.” Felicia shows up with an agenda bigger than Sonny’s rap sheet. Mac wants Sonny to back down gracefully on this whole esplanade referendum drama, and guess who’s supposed to convince him? Yup. Carly.

Felicia | GH |
Carly, doing her best “not my circus, not my monkeys” impression, tries to wiggle out of it, but Felicia makes a good point. If Sonny loses his piers, maybe—just maybe—Port Charles could breathe a little easier. Carly isn’t exactly thrilled about jumping back into Sonny’s business, but Felicia lays it out plain: if she cares about her family, she’ll at least try.
Lucas Gets Hit With Even More Bad News
As if things couldn’t get worse, Lucas shows up right after Felicia peaces out, asking Carly if Jason’s got beef with Marco. When Carly finds out “Miami Marco” is Sidwell’s spawn, she practically throws herself across the kitchen island.

Lucas realizes he’s accidentally gotten cozy with yet another dude with a hidden agenda. Story of his life. Carly sympathizes, especially considering her own history with Sidwell’s little crew, and Lucas admits he’s going to have to think long and hard about this one. Progress? Maybe. A disaster waiting to happen? Definitely.
Brook Lynn and Chase Play House (For Real This Time)
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Brook Lynn shows up ready to drag Chase to Dante’s birthday bash, but Chase is too deep in his feelings. He’s been having Big Dad Energy thoughts ever since talking to Lois and realizing he wants a kid with Brook Lynn, like, yesterday. Brook Lynn basically calls him crazy in the most loving way possible, but Chase isn’t backing down. He wants a family with her—biological, adopted, whatever it takes.
Brook Lynn’s down, but she’s putting her foot down on one thing: no sperm donors, no IVF chaos. They’ve seen how well that worked out for Molly and Kristina. Spoiler: it didn’t. Adoption is the new game plan, and both of them seem genuinely hyped about it. Chase even suggests adopting an older kid, because why not tug at every single heartstring we have today? Brook Lynn is absolutely here for it, and honestly, it’s the first wholesome moment Port Charles has seen all week.
Cody Rides to the Rescue—Literally
In what has to be one of the more ridiculous but adorable moments of today’s General Hospital, Molly is stranded on the side of the road trying to change a tire when Cody literally rides up on a horse. Yes, a horse. Because nothing says "Port Charles emergency" like a random cowboy moment. After Molly’s on hold with roadside assistance for what feels like an eternity, Cody offers to save the day.
One minor problem: her spare tire is trash. Plan B? Hop on the horse, honey. Molly is, predictably, not thrilled about riding off into the sunset, but Cody convinces her with that aw-shucks charm he’s perfected. Off they go, briefcase and all.
General Hospital Recap Wrap-Up
In the final moments, Curtis tells Jordan to call him if she needs backup, because he’s still that guy despite everything.

Lucas tells Carly he needs time to figure out what to do about Marco—small steps, but at least he’s not self-sabotaging like the old Lucas would have. Alexis promises to give Marco one last chance, but only after dragging his past through a background check so intense even the FBI would be impressed.
Brook Lynn and Chase seal their adoption plans with a kiss that could cure seasonal depression. Danny, Gio, and Rocco are still gossiping about Sonny on the patio because these kids are way too tuned into the town drama. Gio drops some subtle bombs about missing home, and Lulu just smiles like she’s not internally screaming.
Meanwhile, Sonny makes it very clear to Dante that if this referendum doesn’t go his way, he’s ready to unleash Hell 2.0. Because Sonny Corinthos, ladies and gentlemen, never goes down quietly.
