Wednesday on General Hospital was nothing short of explosive. Tracy's stirring up trouble with Ezra, Carly’s trying to stage a kid heist, and Willow’s off to Germany to chase her maybe-ex. Here's your full episode recap .
Tracy's Got Plans & Sonny’s in the Crosshairs
If there’s one thing Port Charles doesn’t do, it’s boring. On Wednesday's GH, Tracy Quartermaine decided she’s had just about enough of Sonny Corinthos running things like he’s the Mayor of Crime Town. So what does our favorite schemer do? She cozies up to Ezra, a man with ambition, slick shoes, and a complete lack of loyalty. She's tossing checks like confetti and whispering about taking down the mob king himself.
Now, don’t get it twisted — Ezra is no knight in shining Armani. The man is clearly gunning for something big, and Tracy’s ready to use his ambition to clean up Port Charles — or so she says. Because nothing says justice like hiring someone shady to take out another shady person.
Laura, ever the voice of mildly flustered reason, walks in and gives Ezra a verbal side-eye so strong you could feel it through the screen. She warns Tracy that trusting Ezra is like handing your keys to a car thief and expecting valet service. But does Tracy listen? Of course not. She’s too busy bringing up AJ’s murder like it’s going to justify her new alliance. Classic Tracy — messy, manipulative, and 100% committed.
Laura isn't impressed. She says taking Sonny down won’t erase organized crime. If Sonny goes down, someone else — say, a certain sketchy mineral mogul named Jenz Sidwell — will just slither in. And that’s a whole different flavor of criminal that no one ordered.
But Tracy’s playing long game. She’s already tangled up with Jenz thanks to his sparkling minerals and Deception’s need for them, so she’s not exactly objective. Laura wonders if this means she should resign. Tracy, in her best backhanded warm tone, says nah — she just wants Laura to keep her boots clean while she dances in the mud.
Brook Lynn & Chase Go Baby Shopping (Sort Of)
Meanwhile, in the world of good intentions and bad timing, Brook Lynn drops the adoption bomb on Lois, saying she and Chase want to use the same agency that placed her baby. Cue Lois choking on her cappuccino because, spoiler alert, that agency wasn’t real. Ned swoops in like a proud papa, beaming about Leo and urging them to stay open-minded — bless his optimistic heart.
Lois panics and speed-dials her mother to figure out how to lie without technically lying. When Ned leaves, Brook Lynn gets a little teary about her dad never knowing his biological grandkid. Chase, being the sweet cinnamon roll he is, reassures her. But the agency thing won’t die. Brook Lynn keeps asking, so Lois throws out a name: St. Ignatius. Problem is, it closed down years ago. Like, years.
Carly’s Scheming, Jason’s Sighing & Willow’s Germany-Bound
Over at Camp Corinthos, Carly is mid-plot, prepping to yank the kids away from Willow with Diane’s help. She tells Jason her big plan, and Jason — being the guy who knows when to stay silent but never does — says maybe, just maybe, Michael and Willow should talk to each other like grownups. Revolutionary.
Carly is not amused. She’s got her mom gloves on and she’s swinging. She thinks Michael is still in love with Willow and too soft to say no to her. Jason, bless him, believes Michael might be the only one who can get through to Willow and stop this slow-motion disaster.
Speaking of disasters, Drew pops in to tell Willow that if she or Michael keels over, he’s got the kids. Romantic, right? Willow, who is somehow still unsure if she should visit her estranged husband in Germany, admits the whole plan was Jason’s idea. Drew’s not thrilled. He warns her not to trust Jason (ironic, considering his own track record), but when Willow digs in her heels, he backs off with a sad puppy face.
He wants to tag along and make it a romantic European getaway. Willow shuts that dream down fast — she’s going to see her husband, not frolic through Berlin with her rebound. Still, Drew manages a goodbye kiss like he’s shipping out to war. It’s a lot.
Nina & Portia Plot Against Drew — Using an Escort?!
Nina, meanwhile, is on a mission of her own — Operation: Expose Drew as a fraud (or at least a shady boyfriend). She meets up with Portia, who’s tired of everyone acting like Drew’s a cross between Gandhi and Superman. Nina agrees and says Willow won’t see the truth unless they serve it with receipts.
Trouble is, they don’t have receipts. So what’s the plan? Oh, just use a glamorous woman they spot at the bar — a woman Nina immediately IDs as an escort, not a model. Nina casually hands her a card under the pretense of modeling work while plotting something devious behind those perfectly arched brows.
Portia, who is apparently new to chaos, is confused. Nina explains it with a smirk: Jacinda isn’t there for runway work. She’s bait. Because nothing says “We’re the good guys” like setting a honey trap.
