On Thursday’s The Young and the Restless, the drama was so hot it practically needed its own fire marshal. Nikki wasn’t having any of Victor’s nonsense and called him out like only a woman who’s seen it all can. Meanwhile, Kyle got majorly prickly when Claire had the nerve to ask about his messy history with Audra. Between backstabbing boardroom moves, bruised egos, and relationship drama thick enough to cut with a knife, this full episode recap is pure, chaotic perfection.

Audra Charles Is Feeling Herself & Everyone Else is Just Gonna Have to Deal
Oh honey, Audra is living in her own personal movie, and she’s giving main character energy. Claire tries to guess what all that smugness is about — maybe Audra snagged a new job? Girl, if it were cosmetics, Kyle would have been the first to spill, but here we are, guessing like peasants.

Audra | Y&R |
Meanwhile, Nate, sipping on his drink like the wise old owl he is, knows Audra already blew her big reveal by teasing Kyle. Does she care? Absolutely not. Miss Thing just gave a sneak preview, and trust, the show is only getting started.
Victor's "Plan" Is About as Subtle as a Sledgehammer
Victor rolls into his ranch after a man-date with Michael, and Nikki's ready to pounce. She demands to know what he’s cooking up — spoiler alert: it's a personal vendetta to bring Jack Abbott to his knees. Victor can barely keep a straight face as Nikki side-eyes the entire operation. And when she scolds him about dragging her into this nonsense? He claps back that she should be grateful she's sober — and guess who deserves the credit? That’s right, Victor’s serving entitlement with a side of delusion.
Jack Abbott Is Smug and Loving Every Second
Over at the club, Diane can see Jack is grinning like he just got away with murder. And she’s not wrong. Jack spills: Victor tried to plant a spy at Jabot, but guess what? Kyle flipped the snitch faster than a pancake at Sunday brunch. Jack is positively glowing about Kyle’s performance — so much that even Diane’s eyebrows almost fly off her face.

Audra’s Petty Parade Continues & Honestly, We Respect It
Audra admits it felt delicious rubbing her “success” in Kyle’s face — even if Victor’s fingerprints are all over her downfall too. But don't worry about Audra — she's convinced Kyle has no idea what’s coming for him. Claire, who somehow still has hope for humanity, is less than impressed by Audra’s mean-girl energy. Kyle just wants to change the subject and pretend none of it’s happening — classic.
Diane’s Ready to Throw Hands & We Love That for Her
While Diane’s ready to launch a scorched-earth campaign against Victor, Jack plays the boring adult in the room, insisting they can't stoop to Victor’s cartoon villain level. Diane is not here for it — she’s ready to light matches and burn empires. Sadly, Jack insists on strategy and secrecy instead of the mess we deserve.
Claire & Kyle Are Headed for Disaster & Everyone Sees It But Them
Claire and Kyle try to enjoy some couple time, but between Audra’s death glares and Kyle’s dodging of workplace drama questions, it's clear that this ship is already taking on water. Kyle finally fesses up that Victor is the puppet master behind the Jabot sabotage — and yes, Claire’s precious grandpapa is the one pulling all the shady strings. She’s shook, but in a sweet, naïve way that makes you want to hand her a glass of wine and tell her to brace herself.

Victor’s Playing Puppet Master… Again. Shocker.
Victor has grand predictions: Kyle will break Claire’s heart, it’ll all end in tears, and somehow, he’ll be right again. Nikki, always the voice of reason wrapped in a fabulous blazer, points out that Claire and Kyle might actually be in love. Victor’s too busy plotting their doom to listen, naturally.
Meanwhile, Victor hints there’s even more drama brewing — something involving Chancellor, Aristotle Dumas, and (surprise, surprise) Billy Abbott sniffing around trouble like a bloodhound. Victor warns Nikki not to get in Billy's face yet — the game’s afoot, and Victor's planning five moves ahead like the overcaffeinated chess master he is.
Nate Is the Only One Talking Sense (Again)
Nate, sipping his drink and watching Audra set her own life on fire, points out the obvious: Victor’s probably using her. Audra doesn’t care if Victor’s using her or selling her for parts as long as she wins. It’s giving "desperate girlboss," and honestly, it’s exhausting just watching it unfold.
Kyle & Claire Are Moving In Together & Everyone's Bracing for the Explosion
Diane finds out Kyle and Claire are moving in together and immediately gets hives. Even Jack knows Victor will do everything short of setting their apartment on fire to keep this love affair from lasting. But Kyle’s too busy basking in his father's rare approval to notice the dark cloud forming over his life.
And speaking of darkness: while Claire is trying to waltz her way into Kyle's heart, Audra’s shooting death stares across the dance floor, basically willing the universe to implode their romance. Kyle, sweet, clueless Kyle, actually looks away first. Make of that what you will.
A Toast to Petty Wins & Future Heartbreaks
Back at the club, Jack and Diane raise a toast to momentary peace, knowing full well this war with Victor isn’t even close to over. Audra watches Kyle and Claire with a look that says, “I could ruin your life in my sleep.” Meanwhile, Nate, bless his patient soul, dances with Audra while keeping a wary eye on the ticking time bomb that is her life choices.
Victor, across town, is smugly planning his next power move while Claire, heart full and brain empty, slow dances straight into a mess she is wildly unprepared for.
