Diane reveals the new Abbott House | Y&R, CBS SONY |
Cole’s Back, Baby
The prodigal brooding heartthrob has returned, and the women of The Young and the Restless aren’t mad about it. Victoria greets Cole with all the warmth of a heroine in a Hallmark movie, while Claire shows up balloon-clutching like it’s his birthday and Christmas rolled into one. Cole, having apparently racked up more frequent flyer miles than a travel vlogger, announces he’s ready to ditch the jet lag and just be with his favorite ladies.

Cole returns, Victoria & Claire are thrilled | Y&R |
Claire is dazzled by his jet-set lifestyle, and Cole doesn’t come home empty-handed — Parisian tickets for Claire, a romantic key with a sob story from Serbia for Victoria (because symbolism, duh). The message? He’s all in. But before this cute little trio can grab a late lunch, Cole has to do the inevitable: check in with Victor. Because nothing says “I’m back” like diving headfirst into a Newman family power play.
The Abbott House Makeover Meltdown
Elsewhere in Genoa City, Diane is strutting around like she’s about to host a big reveal on HGTV. The Abbott house renovations are finally done, and she can’t wait to show off her work. But Jack? Jack’s acting like someone redecorated the Louvre with IKEA furniture.

Diane, Kyle & Jack | Y&R |
Kyle, ever the snarky peacemaker, tries to talk his dad down while having dinner with his parents. But Jack’s over there mourning the potential loss of every dusty shelf and outdated lamp like someone staged a heist on his childhood. Nostalgia is a drug, and Jack is overdosing. Diane, trying to hide her eye-roll, tells the boys to meet her at the house. And Jack, clutching his pearls and his memories, reluctantly agrees.
Let’s be real — he’s not scared of a new rug. He’s terrified that change means letting go of his parents, his past, and maybe even his place in this ever-shifting Abbott dynasty.
Nikki Discovers Audra at The Ranch with Victor
You know it’s a good day on Y&R when Nikki walks in like she owns the room — because let’s face it, she basically does. Victor’s having a cozy chat with Audra, who’s dressed for both business and betrayal. They’re speaking in vague corporate riddles until Nikki busts in with the “excuse me, what is SHE doing here” energy.

Nikki | Y&R |
Audra tries to serve up some sweet talk, but Nikki’s not here for the flattery. She smells something shady and isn’t buying Victor’s recycled “business arrangement” excuse. And when Victor tries to pull the “don’t worry your pretty little head” routine, Nikki clocks it right away. She knows Audra’s not trustworthy — and more importantly, so does Victor. So why hand her the keys to another cosmetics company? Because Y&R wouldn’t be Y&R without some delicious corporate sabotage in the making.
When Cole arrives, Nikki’s still side-eyeing Victor into oblivion. She tries to give him the benefit of the doubt, but let’s be real — she knows her husband is plotting something. And it probably involves throwing Jabot under the bus… again.
Kyle & Audra: Verbal Warfare at Crimson Lights
Over at Crimson Lights, Kyle strolls in only to be greeted by Audra, who’s sipping coffee like she’s just waiting to start a fight — and oh, she does. Their conversation is about as subtle as a slap in the face. Kyle accuses her of being a washed-up opportunist. Audra claps back by dragging his nepotism and his “Daddy gave me a job” privilege.
She’s making moves in the cosmetics world — allegedly on her own terms — and Kyle is not impressed. When he needles her about working for herself, she smugly assures him she’s ready to go head-to-head with Jabot. This isn’t about business, folks. This is a grudge match, and Audra’s sharpening her claws.
Kyle tries to brush her off, but the venom is mutual. She knows his weaknesses, and she’s more than happy to exploit them. Let the games begin.
Claire Drops a Bombshell & the Parents Are Not Ready
Back at Society, Cole is blissfully unaware that he’s about to get blindsided. Victoria and Claire sit him down for what seems like a sweet catch-up, and then Claire hits them with it: she and Kyle are moving in together.
Cue the record scratch.

Cole | Y&R |
Cole tries to keep his poker face, but Victoria’s reaction says it all. She’s got that “you’re doing what now?” look, and Claire is clearly bracing for impact. But she’s standing firm — because love waits for no one, especially not in Genoa City. She’s been through hell and is ready to grab her happy ending with both hands.
Cole tries to play Switzerland. He says he supports Claire, but we already know Victor gave him an earful about Kyle’s so-called shortcomings. Claire wants her parents to be happy for her, but the tension is thick. And while Cole gives a supportive little speech, Victoria’s still not exactly planning the housewarming party.
And oh, Cole’s hacking cough? Yes, he has a hacking cough. He blames it on the plane, but in soap land, a mystery cough is never just a cough. Clock it now.
Warning Shots Fired
Let’s not forget Victor’s little chat with Cole. Oh yes, it happened — and it was pure classic Newman manipulation. Victor doesn’t trust Kyle, and he makes it crystal clear that Cole shouldn’t either. He’s convinced Kyle will break Claire’s heart and take Cole down with him.
Cole, trying to be the reasonable one for once, insists that this isn’t business, it’s love. But Victor? He’s playing a long game — as always. And if there’s one thing Y&R has taught us, it’s that Victor Newman doesn’t meddle. He strategizes.
The Abbott House: New Look, Same Baggage
The big reveal finally happens, and Diane is practically glowing as she pulls Jack and Kyle into the newly renovated Abbott house. She tells them to keep their eyes shut like it’s some sort of surprise party, and when they open them — Jack is shook. Mouth agape, heart probably pounding, he scans the room like someone rearranged his DNA.

The new Abbott House is revealed | Y&R |
Kyle’s into it. Jack? He stops in front of the photos of his parents and just… freezes. It’s clear the house isn’t just a house for him — it’s a living, breathing memory box, and Diane just put a fresh coat of paint on it, along with a new pink couch. The man is clearly emotional, but Diane’s banking on love (and her impeccable taste) to win him over.
Jack might not hate it. But he’s definitely going to need a minute.
